Season 10 Drama
During the season 10 premiere of Southern Charmairing in December 2024, Conover and Kroll had a heart-to-heart with Rose about her drinking problems. (Rose fainted at BravoCon in fall 2023, causing tension between him and his teammates.)
While the trio left the conversation as friends, Kroll confessed that he wasn’t “entirely on board with how Craig can set boundaries, which is just a tough cut” .
As the season continued, Kroll and Conover clashed. Kroll claimed on the January 2, 2025 episode that Conover’s work is the only thing he cares about. “I miss my boyfriend. That’s where I’m coming to you from,” Kroll told Conover, saying that if he asks him to lunch, Conover always has an excuse not to come.
Kroll said that when Conover “gave up golf” with him – and instead spent his time gardening and later posted about it on social media – it felt like a “move” and that he “had renounced friendship.
Conover revealed: “That’s what makes me happy now. Work and earn money. He argued that they were good because they saw each other doing their podcast. “If you are a true friend, you would be happy (for me),” Conover added.
Kroll claimed he was OK with Conover no longer drinking or going to bars, but alleged Conover wouldn’t even come to his house. “I would never tell you how to live your life,” Conover shouted.
“I understand that times are changing,” Kroll told the cameras. “I just feel like you keep those friends that you were here with as you start to blossom, those are the friends that you keep closest.”
