She continued: “This show strips you of your ego. It strips you of your confidence. When I was heavier, I had to fight a lot harder and I was a lot meaner.

Heather said she had brought “a lot more anger and rage” in the past.

“I just feel like Heather is different. She loves herself more,” Mary said. “She pours more love into herself. I feel like when I first met Heather five years ago, she was very dark, she wasn’t happy. “I’ve been there for a long time, but I hadn’t really seen a lot of results,” she shared in an interview with People at the time. “I haven’t had massive results, but enough for people to notice, which is great.”

THE Rhoslc Star further opened up about her weight loss journey during Impact x Nightline: The Skinny Confessions: After OzempiC Docuseries, which premiered through Hulu in February 2024.
