“Shae Lynn Lawrence. Born 01/04/25 at 4:01 a.m. 10 lbs 2 oz 🎀🩷,” Marissa, 25, wrote via Instagram on Monday, January 6. “Mom and Dad love you so much!!! Thank you Jesus for our daughter!!”
The couple’s announcement included a photo of Marissa in her hospital bed with Trevor, 25, sitting next to her. Their daughter rested between them as they smiled at the camera.
Marissa donned comfy black pajamas while the football player wore a baseball cap that read “Girl Dad” for the occasion. Trevor also wore an arm sling as he underwent shoulder surgery to repair an AC joint injury last month. Their little one looked adorable in a white onesie.

In an added snap, Shae wore a knitted pink sweater with her name stitched in brown as she rested in her hospital crib.
Marissa’s post also included photos of her and Trevor bringing their little one home. In one photo, Trevor carried his daughter with his good arm while she was strapped into her car seat.
As the family of three headed home, Marissa also shared a photo of Shae cuddling up while sitting next to the window overlooking their backyard.
Trevor and Marissa are high school sweethearts who started dating in 2016. The duo got engaged after four years of dating. They married in April 2021. In June 2024, Marissa revealed that she was pregnant with her and Trevor’s first child.
“A little Lawrence on the way 🤍,” she captioned their ad which featured her, Trevor and their two pups.
A month after sharing her exciting news, Marissa and Trevor learned they were expecting a baby girl. The duo hosted an ice cream-themed gender reveal party attended by their closest friends and family.

“Trevor and I were very grateful to have our people in town all weekend to relax and have fun!!” Marissa captioned a July 2024 Instagram reel recapping the party. “We only found out about baby girl earlier in the week and we couldn’t wait for everyone to find out what our little scoop was 🍦🎀.”
Nearly a week before welcoming Shae, Marissa took to Instagram to express how excited she was to meet her little one as her due day approaches.
“Thank you Jesus for this incredible life that I get to live with the love of my life. Thank you for our sweet girl and a beautiful pregnancy,” she captioned a video with some of the highlights of her pregnancy. “We can’t wait to meet her!! What a gift she is already 💕.
