“I’m dying for White Lotus Season 3 to be dropped,” the former said Survivor the winner, 42 years old, reveals exclusively to Us every week about his latest television obsession.
HBO’s award-winning anthology series, created by Mike Whitefollows a group of guests staying at the luxurious White Lotus resort. Each season focuses on a new set of characters staying at the hotel chain in different parts of the world. Before having the idea for the series, White competed on Survivor in his David vs. Goliath season. Every season of The White LotusWhite called on several of his colleagues Survivor members of the tribe to make appearances each season.
“How long are you going to make us wait, Mike White?” Shallow jokingly asks his comrade Survivor alum.

Luckily, Shallow and other fans won’t have to wait The White Lotus much longer since the premiere of season 3 is scheduled for February 16 on HBO.
In addition to being fascinated by The White LotusShallow is also obsessed with “The Handsome Podcast” and the book On all fours by Miranda July.
“It’s rare that a book captivates me like this one,” the Traitors alumnus says of the novel. “It’s weird, naughty, funny, sad and so clever. It speaks to female desire and creativity in the most bizarre and compelling ways. »
As for blockbusters, Shallow and her daughter Ama, 6, were both impressed by the film adaptation of Wicked.

When not watching TV or movies, Shallow also enjoys listening to the singer Kendall-Jane Meade.
“My friend Kendall Jane Meade recently released her post-divorce album. It’s folkloric and hopeful,” Shallow shares of her playlist. “I know what it took for him to write and produce these songs. I’m so proud of her and I listen to her all the time!
While fans couldn’t get enough of Shallow in season 2 of The traitors last year, she returned to reality TV for Deal or No Deal Island season 2. She follows in the footsteps of her compatriots Survivor winner – and friend – Rob “Boston Rob” Mariano who finished fourth in the inaugural season of the NBC competition series.
Deal or No Deal Island premieres Tuesday, January 7 at 8 p.m. ET.
